What we collect

Your email address (for your account), the card photos you upload, the card details and inventory data you save, your cost basis and asking prices if you enter them, and standard technical information like device type and pages visited. If you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run the product: identifying cards from your photos, pricing them against live market data, and maintaining your collection. Card photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for identification and to eBay's API for pricing lookups. Aggregate, de-identified data (for example, how many copies of a card exist across all collections) powers shared features like the card catalog and price history. We don't sell your personal data, ever.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make MintComps work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (card identification), eBay (pricing data), and Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your card photos

Photos you upload are stored so they can appear in your collection. Deleting a card removes it from your collection; deleting your account removes your cards and profile entirely.

Deleting your data

Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account removes your profile, your cards, and cancels any subscription immediately. Shared catalog data (like the fact that a card exists and its market price history) contains nothing personal and is retained.
